Our Pre Natal class is focused on connecting with your breath, building strength, balance and relaxing the mind and body. This class is a mixture of Pilates mat, equipment and yoga elements and is especially designed to suit all levels, even with no previous Pilates or Yoga experience. It is adaptable to whichever stage of pregnancy you are. These classes are for mothers to be who want to keep their body moving and strong throughout your pregnancy or for others who want a calm, supportive environment to relax and stretch.
Day and time: Monday at 13.45pm

JOIN OUR POST NATAL 5 WEEKS PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE COURSE, FOR MUMS AND BUBS
Our Post Natal (Mums and Bubs) 5 weeks Private/Semi-Private course is an One on One/two mums and bubs in the class. Helen will design and tailor made an individual exercise program to suit each mum's needs in the postpartum journey. This course is a mixture of Pilates mat, equipment and Yoga elements where we will focus on re-introducing movement, recovery, stretching, and strengthening the whole body in a way that mums reconnect with their body and mind again. Some exercises can interact with your baby throughout the class.
Day and time: We will arrange the day and time that suit you and the baby’s schedule in this course.
Please consider the age of your baby/ toddler, you will be holding them, or they will be on the mat with you. Also please make sure you are of sound fitness to recommence exercise after birth, clearance from your doctor or women’s’ physio is required please.**
PRICING:
1 on 1 mum and bub Private First time trial (Casual): $60
1 on 1 mum and bub Private 5 weeks course: $250
1 on 2 mums and 2 bubs Semi-Private 5 weeks course: $200/per mum
